Meet the Team

Emily and Karen worked together at Springtide Child Development where they built additional services to support families with children on the Autism Spectrum. Through that experience they saw the ongoing challenges of families with teens and young adults and developed a passion for finding additional ways to support these families.

Emily Newton

Clinical Psychologist, BCBA

Emily Newton is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism through diagnostics and evidence-based care. She is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to high-quality autism diagnostics and care.

Karen Tilli

MBA, Executive Functioning Coach

Karen is an operations and business leader who is passionate about expanding access to high quality care for individuals with Autism. She has built and launched services in diagnostics, care navigation and clinical quality support.
